Overview

The outdoor setting at Capital Carboot in London adds to its appeal — there’s a social, community dimension to the market that online platforms simply can’t replicate.

The event draws sellers from a wide catchment, so the goods on any given day can range from children’s items and fashion to tools, antiques and DIY supplies.

Why Visit Capital Carboot

  • An accessible venue for casual browsers who want a rummage without the pressure of a charity shop or auction environment.
  • Many stalls offer bundled deals on books, DVDs and clothing — a good way to get more for your money.
  • A great way to spend a weekend morning outdoors without spending much.
  • Well worth attending early in the season when sellers have cleared out storage after winter.
